Troop 9071 was started in 1965 by Bob Nelson at age 44. Bob was Scoutmaster until his passing at age 89 days after he spent his 50th year at Tomahawk Scout Reservation. We continue his traditions and devotion to teaching Scouts the skills they need to succeed. Since Scoutmaster Nelson, the Troop has had three other Scoutmasters; Dr. Michael Westfall (Eagle Scout), Dan Stepan (Eagle Scout), and our current Scoutmaster Gary Kloncz (Eagle Scout).
